Early 19th C Hearty Goodfellow
This is a nice example in lovely pastel colours, dating from around 1800/1820. He stands on a rustic mound with a tree at the back, a branch from which forms the handle.

Blue & White Faience Toby Jug
Made in France circa 1900, these style jugs have become very collectable , & value is increasing steadily. I particularly like this one as he has such a devilish look on his face!

Yorkshire Toby Jug
He holds an empty sparrows beak jug in his hand, and has a crown mark impressed to the underside of base. (Some restoration) Price Band: D Ref: CC318 |
Ralph Wood Double Base
Circa 1780, it has nice translucent running glazes and lovely quality & detail to modelling. He is holding a large empty balluster jug in his hands.
Price Band: E Ref: SB195 |

Standing Toby Jug
Dates from the early 19th Century (c1830), and is in good condition. This model can also be found decorated in Portobello colours, so is possibly of Scottish origins. A nice, crisply modelled jug with very fine detailing as is usual in these undecorated jugs, where the modelling makes up for the lack of colour.
Price Band: B Ref: CC319 |
Mid 19th C Scottish Toby Jug
This toby is very elaborately painted. Price Band: C Ref: SB22 |

French Man on Barrel
This one is slightly different as it features what appears to be a French Dandy, holding a bottle & glass in his hands. On this occasion, his pigtail forms the handle. He is made of a heavy porcelain and I would say is French late 1800's. Price Band: A Ref: CC330 |
Early 19th C Toby Jug
He has very bright glazes with an unusual fish scale style patterning to his socks & jacket. He holds a large floral decorated balluster jug in his hands.
Price Band: C Ref: CC343 |

Pratt ware Rodney Sailor
This jug is taller than the majority of Toby Jugs at 11.5" high. This is a particularly colourful pratt ware version, and extremely lightly potted. Price Band: F Ref: SB194 |
Small Prattware Awkward Face Toby
He looks as if he is growling, and is obviously in good health as he has a full set of teeth! Price Band: E Ref: SB23 |
