Ralph Wood Toby Jug
He holds a raised glass in one hand and an empty baluster jug in the other. Very unusual to find with a beauty spot on his face. Has had some restoration & is priced to reflect this.

The Gin Woman
Dating from the early 1800's, this one is very elaborately decorated with pink lustre effect hat & petticoat.

Unusually Large Snuff taker
The simplicity of the gold coloured embellishments help highlight the detailing which includes attractive relief moulded grapes and vines to the base and handle.

Majolica Falstaff
Made in the form of Falstaff the Shakespearean character, this is one of the only toby jugs you will find that has a beard! This particular jug is not marked, but some do have a lozenge mark to the base for 1883. Lovely condition. Price Band: C Ref:CC313 |

Small Blue & White Toby Jug
Complete with original hat crown. Price Band: C Ref: CC156 |
Winston Churchill
He holds brushes & a paint palette in one hand, and around his feet are a trowel and an inkwell & quill, to illustrate his multiple talents. Produced in a Limited Edition, this is a very rare find. Price Band:F Ref: SB50 |

Small
Sailor This toby jug dates from around 1810, and is referred to as the Small Sailor to distinguish it from the Rodney Sailor (see Gallery 1). He is about 10" high & wearing typical sailors clothes of the time and is seated upon a large sea chest. In one hand he holds a tall jug of foaming ale, and in the other is clasped his pipe. His hair is drawn back into a pigtail, and he is leaning lazily back against a tree stump which forms the handle of the jug. Price Band: D Ref: CC145 |
The Squire
Holding a foaming brownware jug in his hand, he is quite an eye-catcher and would make a nice addition to any collection.
Price Band: D Ref: CC 117 |

Stepped Base Toby
What makes this jug unusual is that it has what is known as a "Stepped" base, - where the underside of the base has an indent to the front raising it slightly higher than the rest. As yet I have not discovered the purpose of this. Price Band: D Ref: CC146 |
The Drunken Parson
This is a nice of example of a Drunken Parson. He is 8" tall and is holding an unusually large and particularly well decorated jug in his hand.
